Alexandria, VA – Great America PAC, the leading political action committee supporting President Donald Trump and his agenda, has begun a phone campaign urging support for Greg Gianforte for Congress in the special election being held May 25, 2017. Two separate messages are being delivered as part of the effort – one from America’s Sheriff David Clarke and another from Ed Rollins – who both urges voters in Montana to support and vote for Greg Gianforte. The election will fill the seat vacated by Ryan Zinke, who is now serving as Secretary of the Interior in the Trump Administration.
“To fulfill his promises to the American people, President Trump needs allies in Congress who support his bold agenda and in Montana’s congressional race, there is no question that is Greg Gianforte,” said Sheriff David Clarke. “The battle for Congress in 2018 has already begun which is why we are on the ground joining Donald Trump Jr. to engage in this race. This contest, and other special elections around the country, are critical to maintaining a House majority to help advance the President’s agenda.”
A message from Sheriff David Clarke launched last night and can be heard below:
“This is Sheriff David Clarke. President Donald Trump is delivering on his promises and draining the swamp in Washington.
But the Democrats will do anything to stop him including defeating his ally Greg Gianforte. That’s why we need you to join us and Donald Trump Jr. in our strong support for Greg Gianforte.
The special election is just weeks away and we’re on the ground right now – please join us. Visit GregforMontana.com for more information. That’s GregforMontana.com.”
Great America PAC is the premiere pro-Trump Super PAC led by veteran Republican strategist, Ed Rollins. In 2016, the group raised and spent $30 million in support of Donald Trump’s candidacy, broadcasting more than 20,000 TV spots and 300,000 radio ads. The group secured over 250,000 contributors, built a file of millions of active, newly engaged Trump supporters across the country, placed 30 million phone calls, and sent over 2.5 million pieces of mail. Great America PAC ran two national GOTV bus tours and was the ONLY PAC with field offices in battleground states with boots on the ground.
